Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Homero! We are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a replacement and exchange policy, subject to our discretion.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Your purchase qualifies for a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e., it does not match the description on our website).

  • If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or was delivered in a damaged condition.

  • If the order is missing essential parts or accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

All our products are non-returnable due to the complexities involved in reverse logistics for delicate and large items. However, if the issue is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item), we will offer a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement/Exchange

If your purchase meets the criteria above, please submit a request within 48 hours of delivery via:

  • Email: support@homero.in

Please include:

  • Your order ID

  • 4-5 clear images showing the product’s original packaging and its condition

Note: Requests beyond 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered. Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refund & Exchange Process

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund via store credit/gift card within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value for future purchases.

If you receive a package that appears tampered with, do not accept it and return it to the delivery agent before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

 


 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before packaging for dispatch.

  • To cancel, visit the Orders section on our website and click Cancel.

  • Once packed for dispatch, cancellation is no longer available.

  • If canceled, refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 


 

Shipping Policy

  • We ship across most pin codes in India but do not offer international shipping at the moment.

  • Standard delivery takes 3-7 days, depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email.

  • You can track your order via the tracking link provided or on our website.

  • For urgent deliveries, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID, and we will try to expedite dispatch.

 


 

Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timelines

  • Reverse pickups will be arranged within 4-5 working days of request approval.

  • For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched 4-5 working days after receiving the returned item.

 


 

Refunds for Online & COD Transactions

  • Refunds will be issued only via Homero store credits/gift cards.

  • Store credits/gift cards are valid for 60 days and can be used for future purchases.

  • Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

  • Refunds via store credits will be processed only after we receive the returned shipment.
